After negotiating with Davis and setting a tentative move in date to a new location, resolut decided to continue entertaining other offers. Don’t get your hopes up that you’ll actually move into a location until the ink is dry on contracts with them as they have no problem pivoting to someone else on the drop of a dime. They also favor large businesses and do not seem to care for small/local businesses. 0/10 would not work with again.

They write reviews for themselves on google to raise up their rating. DAVE B Wrote their review and he is one of their agents. they have a lot of good properties around Austin but they do a lot of unethical things to get the most money . we signed contract and they held on to the contracts for over 2 weeks then said they got full offer cash and now the property still for sale . just wasted my time going through all the research and planing things just for it to fall apart and then they gave me various excuses.

I don't know how they do business honestly. Tried to get in touch with someone through calls/emails/filling out contact form on the website MANY times... Only one person ever responded and then disappeared. And we're not just "people from the street", we're an existing company that is trying to find a place for lease. They have many "boards" with their phone number at the spaces available for lease, but I guess they are just too lazy or simply don't bother to do business to business.

Great team. Uses state of the art analytics programs to assist tenants in locating the ideal sites for their business. Has over 700 listings through out Texas, New Mexico, and LA. They are a national and international company. Lot's of senior brokers with great expertise. Reps tenants and landlords.
