Driton was great! Once he arrived, he assessed the situation, noting that the previous repairs were no anchored by the studs and began to make the necessary repairs. He even evaluated the shelf that was still intact and placed anchors in the studs to ensure that I would not be further inconvenienced. I’m pleased with his repairs, his quality of work and his attention to detail. Photos include initial repair, not the final job that included painting. This was to note the attachment to studs and workmanship.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a huge thank you to Besnik from the Maintenance Department at ResiHome in Atlanta. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been excellent. He is always friendly, professional, and solution-oriented, which makes a big difference when dealing with home maintenance issues. Recently, I had been unable to use my oven for weeks. I want to say Kudos to Ashley what a cheerful being on our universe we (win) when we have search a wonderful Property Manager that goes above and beyond for a new tenant. I’m grateful 🥲 for her. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Besnik provided absolutely amazing service! He came out and fixed everything we needed quickly and efficiently. He was very professional, polite, and respectful the entire time. He explained what he was doing, made sure everything was working properly before he left, and left the area clean. It’s hard to find reliable service like that these days. I would highly recommend Besnik to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service!

Besnik Kastrati was fantastic and handled our lock replacement quickly and professionally. Our old front door lock was faulty, and he was able to replace it with a new, much more secure lock in under an hour. He was on time, communicated clearly, and cleaned up completely afterward. Highly recommend for any door lock repair.
