You start off by paying $5000 just to move in. Youre paying double the mortgage payment, every month, that they have for the property (whatever one you choose). You have to maintain and sustain that property at your own cost. Just read the contract before you sign. And make sure all the outlets work before you move in, that shouldve been the warning sign i made a bad decision. Mistakes made, lessons learned. I hope others had a better experience. Cant say everybody is the same, but i dont doubt there have been similar experiences.

Extremely dishonest business will agree to let you leave home with no penalty and still attempt to harm your credit score placing a collection. After they already keep your non refundable deposit of $5,000. Stay away from this place at all cost horrible business practices. Was going through some personal issues the person I had spoken to from this establishment said long as I vacated before such date it was no penalties, didn’t go through a hassle with me though a eviction process or nothing I left as agreed, moved out one of there properties approximately 3 years ago and they finally decided two apartment leases later to try and scam me out of more money. During my stay there in the property I always paid months up in advance and still had to deal with constant broken air conditioners eve

Poor dishonorable company! Sold a house to a lady. Because her disability, they took advantage of her. Poor quality homes in state of Arizona. And get away with it, I know I did the case. Fire department, police, and other people, was not given fairness and put her under no talk agreement, but not me for the next week's I will prove this company poor deals and bad deals, bylaws and true!
