This community very nice and friendly but buy try not to buy these kind of houses ripped off by the home builder. They're careless and unprofessional of there services.. Sale agent of builder has not experienced or rushing to closing cost.. Unfortunately, the company has bad reputation until u coming these house. Plumbing or foundation of floor crack before has moving in. Garage and door entry has cracked we have to fixed.. Cracking brand new while they start building..We asked them to fixed they refused or just leave potty hole in front the door garage...
