Joe was very thorough and professional . You could tell he loves what he does. He took the time to talk to us instead of just sending a report, which we did get very quickly! Even though he took the time to talk to us he still worked with agility and it didn't take up too much time! When I ordered inspection I clicked on too many buttons and received a call from an admin person the same day to clarify what I wanted. The inspector Mullen was very knowledgeable and explained all of his findings in a way that was easy to understand The report helped me identify a major, hidden hazard!! was extremely detailed and caught both big and small issues that I would have never noticed.
