Recently, I attended an open house presented by Residential Brokers. It was a terrible experience, the agent didn’t help, when I tried to engage, he was aloof and his assistant (or other) was more interested in her wine than assisting me in understanding the unit and the community. I was handed a flyer and told to call the number. The flyer and the listing on MLS had different sales prices. Wonderful looking community but I didn’t trust this agent to do business with. Avoid, this real estate company as they are flaky. 1 star is not deserved but I couldn’t post 0 star.
