I enjoy the quietness and cleanliness of the apartments I do feel like it should be changed into a gated community with all the things that’s going on they really work with you they don’t like to see they tenants leave when they can do all to help most people don’t they just want they money I’m glad to call Penn grand my home

Terrible place to live. No consistently or communication with the landlord or their higher ups. I had leaks in my ceiling for months and my maintenance requests kept being ignored. Windows would leak tons of rain water too and it was never fixed. The dishwasher would break my ceramic plates and the fridge’s lightbulb was never replaced in the four months I kept requesting it. Neighbors are hit or miss and unfortunately for me most of mine were a miss. They were loud, rude, messy and disrespectful. I had a kid come up to my dog and throw a stick at her. His parents wanted to believe their kid did it in self defense when my dog was just out for his usual potty time and they had the nerve to file a complaint against my dog for being an aggressive breed. New management, Absolutely terrible, they don't answer the phone their rude. She just rents to whoever. And all they do is party here now it's so loud at night.They don't clean anything there's no lights outside. I wish I could post pictures here of all the trash from the dumpsters and the homeless people digging in them. If you want to feel safe do not move in

Absolutely gorgeous! Under new ownership. This complex has undergone a complete change, it is beautiful! All the buildings have been renovated as well as painted! The inside remodel sparkles with granite countertops, new paint and trim. The flooring is gorgeous!

Bad experience here Rachel apartment manager is a racist, she kept taunting me lied said I was throwing trash in parking lot no evidence of that! Said I called and threatened her, no evidence! she has a lot of enemies for sure, don't point me out for nothing don't stay here they never did fix anything that was broken in this apartment we've been here a year and nothing has gotten fixed even the heater and she's a drug head just let you know that the reason why I know is because I had a family member that was sending it to her she sits up in that office lock the door don't answer the phones when you have a concern so not a good place to stay if you're black.
