Residences on The Lane

The staffs were always friendly and helpful when I visited them 2 times. The building and apartment looks very clean and well maintained.

After my schedule appointment and tour of Residences On The Lane I was convinced this is where I belong. Everything was clean, bright, immaculately decorated and inviting. Everyone was pleasant. Ms. Coulibaly was knowledgeable in every way. She was courteous and made me feel comfortable with my questions. Once I toured a 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom with a den I was sold. I am looking foward to becoming apart of Residences On The Lane community in April 2025.

I had an appointment to meet with Honey Hart the Leasing Agent/Consultant on July 12th @ 12:30pm. We were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. First of all Miss Hart did a play back of our conversation from a couple days prior. I was so happy and impressed that she recalled my expectations for my possible new residency. The tour was fabulous and. began with her explaining how, what and where we would tour 1st, 2nd and finally. During the tour she explained everything and answered all my questions to satisfaction. She even thanked me for remembering to ask the particulars. We didn’t feel rushed and we were thoroughly pleased with all the information gathered to help determine our choices. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of touring the Residences on the Lane with the lovely leasing consultant, Honey, (yes, that's her name!)... she's a sweet person...pun intended 😊. From calling to coming in, I experienced nothing but friendliness, professionalism, and a person that truly shows a passion for the beautiful building which she represents. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are so chic, in addition to an awesome location. Honey, took the time to show me several one bedrooms, explained all the wonderful amenities. This company thought of everything to make their residents feel at home. I would definitely recommend the Resediences on the Lane toanyone in search of a new place to call home. I look forward to calling it my home!
