Residences on 16th

I would give 0 starts if possible. My family and I have lived here well over 13 years and these new owners are by far the worst to run this complex. They charge for pest control every month and NEVER send anyone out to come spray the apartments, the roach infestation has gotten so bad. I wish I could post all the videos I have of them crawling all over my stove, kitchen counters and then crawling out of the kitchen and into my living room! Disgusting.

Had a great experience dealing with the apartments’ property manager Marti. She is very nice, answered all my questions, and she made us feel very comfortable. Marti is beyond helpful and makes our residency ten times better. Thank you Marti for being an awesome manager to our community.

Love, love, love it. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Loved all that the community has to offer. Floorplans were spacious and community was clean. Marti spelled everything out for me - great job! Can't wait to apply

Toured the apartments as thinking of moving to Naples. The front office manager - Marty- was so nice and helpful. The renovated kitchens look lovely - would be a great place to live!

I went on site to do application on a Friday and I moved on Tuesday, Marti made it a easy process and I thank Madeline for giving me the contact information. Great place!
