Residences of Gahanna

Antoine did a quick yet thorough inspection of my apartment during routine maintenance and he was professional and informative. As always, living at ROG is great. I’ve lived here almost three years and everything is top tier. From the amenities to the amount of space each apartment has with tall ceilings and beautiful upgrades. You can’t find an apartment like this anywhere else in Gahanna for the price. Well worth it. I’m a very happy resident. Thanks again Antoine!

We have lived at Residences of Gahanna for almost 8 years. This is our 3rd management company. The last one was Champion and they were absolutely the worst. The new management company, Asset Living, took over less than a month ago, and we can already tell that things are looking up. Catelyn in the office at the sister property, Cameron Ridge, is wonderful and a ball of fire. She listened to all of our concerns for over 45 minutes earlier this week and was extremely understanding and helpful. Maintenance is already working on 2 issues we for which we put work orders in with Champion and for which Champion did nothing about. We had an emergency this week which Antwon and Lamar took care of quickly and professionally. It took them a long time and they were respectful and thorough

Asset has been amazing! Love that they put thought and care into their jobs and they bring a much needed positive vibe to the property. The entire team is amazing! Love living at ROG.

I’ve been living at the Residences of Gahanna Apartment for a little over 2 year now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is incredibly convenient—close to public transportation, grocery stores, Easton Town Center and many great restaurants. It’s also surprisingly quiet for being near a high traffic area. The building itself is well-maintained. The hallways are always clean, and the landscaping around the property is kept up nicely. My unit was spotless when I moved in, and the appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge) have all worked without issue. The apartment includes 3 lounge areas, 2 gyms and a pool. One of the highlights has definitely been the management team. They’re responsive and professional—maintenance requests are usually handled within 24–48 hours,

This is a great place to live! The apartment was nice and clean when it was first given to us. All the amenities are great! The maintenance crew takes care of any issues on the spot right away. The people in the office are also amazing! The area is really nice. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. The community is nice and respectful. Highly recommend this place!
