Residences at Topiary Park

Excellent third home. Since I am kinda handicapped, it is really nice to have great parking right by the elevator on level LL. Quiet, clean and secure. My wife and I love this apartment complex and we are so happy we found it. ML Shaver

Very nice property! So many things to like: new propriety, next to the park, walkway only in front of the building (no cars), secure parking, nice amenities and a nice staff who provided a lot of great information. Just wait in on our application to be approved to move in!!!

This property is amazing- anyone who doesn’t rent here is missing out BIG TIME. I met with the bubbly property manager, Nicole, who was nothing short of helpful and caring. The entire time she asked me about my needs, preferences, and opinions to make sure everything was checked off my list. You could tell she genuinely cared about what I thought and wanted. The units and site itself will leave you speechless. The view you can have from your patio of Topiary Garden is so peaceful and green. Everything is beautiful. The best part- there’s a dirty dog salon just for your pups, HOW CUTE!! I tell all my friends and family about this property. Check it out yourself!!

Nice complex, and gym is fine. Security is ok. Bikes racks are in garage are not secure. Down side Heating/cooling bills are high- $350 heating bill January 2025. Noise carries from above on two story townhome- I hear every step on third floor in my upstairs bedroom. Move out summary- cleaned the entire apartment, left in very good condition (multiple small nail holes). Movers left one box and my four heavy duty curtain rods. I called next morning to confirm I could come and pick up. Asked a staff member to confirm with a text or quick call-back. Never heard back. Manager advised they just get rid of anything left behind. Could retrieve 2 of my four curtain rods, but no word on my moving box. Manager changed at least 3 times in my year here. Would not recommend - very disappointed in

I've been here for about 6months. So far, Tim is one of the best, most genuine managers I have seen. The property is beautiful and well maintained.
