Residences at the Falls

So far so good! I have lived there for a little over 2 months and the Leasing office staff have been on point with any of my needs. Tiffany, Alex, and Francisco run an efficent place! They keep the place spotless and I like that the security drive around at all hours. The people at the gate are all wonderful, especially Tangeria but all of them are great! The security who drive around are also friendly. NO complaints!!

I lived here for over 5 years & agree with “Shawn Wallace” review they seem to do a lot of pointless retouches. The pools are one of them like he mentioned which were not in a bad shape to have to redo them. They started redoing the parking lines which was also pointless because they did them about a year ago & they are still clearly marked. They also broke the top area of some of the parking spaces to refill them which again completely pointless since there was no bumps or opening on the parking pavement for this to be done. They are also trying to out buy private owners for the HOA to own all the units to price gouge the rent to their liking.The washer & dryers are trash reason I have always gone to a laundromat. Now on the flip side to this maintenance seems to always be available even

Beware! the HOA Association will bleed you dry with special assessments for upgrades that DO NOT need to be done. We were charged $3500 in the span of 6 months for pool chairs and pool resurfacing for 2 pools that no one uses…They spent the money on fixing hallway floors for only the units that they rent to temporary tenants. These special assessments totaled 1.3 million dollars. The cost of living has gotten so unaffordable and now we need to pay to refinish both pools at the same time? For what? Curb appeal so you can charge a higher rent? Renters beware, laundry services are always broken and the gym is virtually nonexistent. Front office is only helpful until after you sign the lease agreement.

I am extremely frustrated with the poor maintenance of the community laundry facilities. The majority of the machines are out of order, making it nearly impossible to do laundry without a long wait. It’s unacceptable that management has not taken action to fix or replace the broken machines despite ongoing issues. Residents pay for this service, yet we are left with a barely functioning facility. I urge management to address this problem immediately—repair the machines, improve maintenance, and ensure that residents have access to a properly working laundry facility.

The place is beautifull and the people is nice and welcoming but they never fix the dryers and washer wich give me and my wife a lot of trouble since we are always working, also since there is only 2 decent dryers per place and ther are always broken we need to use the smaller one increasing the price and time spend on daily chores
