Residences at the Collection Apartments

I lived in these apartments for four to five years. Safety is definitely a pro and maintenance was always responsive. However, “luxury” is not an accurate description for these units. The hallways are dirty and rarely cleaned, and many of the appliances were old. I was told nothing could be updated until I moved out. After moving out in December, I received several unexpected charges. I did expect to be charged for a few things, but they added additional fees for issues I had already submitted maintenance requests for or for things like “windows” which were not damaged. Overall, if you want a safe place to live, this community delivers. If you want a clean environment and fair pricing, this may not be the right place. I’ve been living in this community for about a month now, and my apartment was delivered very clean, brand new, and without any issues. Any minor maintenance requests have been handled within two days at the latest. Trash is collected every weekday, which is very convenient. I pay $50 per month for internet and get 1 Gbps speed, which has been excellent. The location is very central, and overall everything has been great. I was a bit hesitant because of some reviews, but both during the leasing process and after moving in, the leasing office has been extremely helpful and supportive. I’m genuinely very satisfied in every aspect. If anything negative comes up, I’ll update my review — but honestly, I don’t think that will be necessary...
