Residences at Riverpointe Place

My girlfriend and i lived there for 4 years. No kids and no pets. We paid our rent on time. The place only has one property manager, which means if you are not on her good sides, you will be very uncomfortable. A young lady, she is very sweet at the beginning to get you through the door. After she tends to be very rude to the tenants. Anytime we request some type of services from the apartment, they will never show up or show up with an attitude. The lady, i believe her name is Nicole has no respect and will quickly give you a 60 day notice if you make a complaint, request or not on her list of tenants she only associate with. I don't recommend if management remains the same.

Was a great price when i moved in but continuous price hikes after we were promised there wouldnt be drove us out. While they continued to raise the price they did no additions or upgrades to apartments or property. Parking lot is hilariously small, HUGE potholes all over the place, towing isnt enforced, trash everywhere, was really nice until last summer and then alot of trashy people were moved in. Im talking police there 3-4 nights a week for the same couple and some DV stuff, guns drawn, shouting and screaming outside everyones door at midnight. Parents dont watch their kids they all play in the parking lot, jump on cars, throw stuff at cars etc. Someone side swiped my brand new car in the parking lot and just left, saw another brand new car and brand new truck (both within 6 months) g

Maintenance doesn't care about mold in the walls/ceilings and takes months to fix it. They often don't show up for jobs at all, even if I take the day off so they can do work. Plowing and clearing sidewalks in the winter is always at least a couple days behind. The corporate office doesn't do anything when residents threaten other residents with physical violence.

At first, my girlfriend and I thought it was a nice place. The floors were sticky walking in on our first night but maintain everything was there next day to replace of the tile, even where we had no problem. As the year went by we began to notice a lot of issues with our appliances and also our interior of the apartment. From the door knobs falling of, the oven breaking down, our garbage disposal failing and the list goes on. We even had our ac go out in the dead of summer which took 3 weeks for maintenance to come fix even after numerous requests to staff. That was also a theme with our other requests ranging from 1 to 3 weeks depending. It’s nice nice place just make sure you our a good diy-er.
