Residences at Prairiefire

I have lived here for 8 years and counting: these are beautiful apartment homes. Even though there have been issues, the office staff has been responsive and helpful: Thank you, Price Brothers, for buying our complex; I have the most wonderful neighbors ever here. Tara, as assistant manager, is staying on, which is indicative of the continued care and help we residents will receive in the future. Most exciting is that I met our new manager, Sarah, just as lovely and personable as I had heard from the residents where she was manager before our complex. I love my apartment home, and I want future residents to know it's great. SAM

Lived here for a year, here’s the highlights… - Spent my first hour in my apartment scrubbing the bathroom sink and tub because it was truly filthy. This was after my leasing agent said she did a walk through and that it was beautiful. - Took over a month (and several unanswered emails) to fulfill a service request. - Could hear everything all my neighbors were ever doing. - Lived next to the road, heard every car that passed, especially if it rained. - Wonderful neighbors and community, but good luck getting a leasing agent to answer after you signed. - Couldn’t turn in one of my parking passes (which is just a sticker btw) and I let them know that my car got totaled and it was left in my now junk of a car. Got $75 taken from my deposit for it. Reminder: IT’S A STICKER Highly don’t recomm

Resided here for 7 years. Moved out after I did not renew a lease. These photos represent what you do not see on the website. Renters be very careful choosing a home is a big deal, sadly not to Tracy. We all have choices. Mine was to get out. This is not meant to be vengeful. Just to assist in what you do not see behind the door.

I moved here last week and want to thank Tara from the leasing office for being very helpful and supportive throughout my move-in process. She made the transition much smoother and was great to work with. That said, my move-in experience had some challenges. The apartment was not cleaned properly, and the patio/storage area was dirty. There were also a few maintenance issues taking longer than expected to be resolved(I’ll update this thread later once it is done). The day after my move-in day, a major issue occurred when a dishwasher pipe from the apartment above broke, causing water to pour through my ceiling. Since then, industrial fans have been running for several days to dry the ceiling, which has been very loud and inconvenient. It wasn’t the best start, but despite these challenge

Lived here for about a year. Staff were wonderful and kind especially Tara. Staff helped me out on anything I had trouble with. Overall enjoyed my time living at Residence at Prairiefire.
