Residences at Humboldt Lake

Management is VERY disturbingly rude. The secretary is beyond rude. She uses slurs (with me). The apartments are extremely expensive not taking into consideration the square footage. No storage space. It’s gouging because apartments are not easy to find. With that being said, the appliances are from the 1800s. The fridge in my unit is broken and they want to to buy parts to replace it. It will be cheaper to buy a decent fridge (even used). They tried that with the kitchen faucet. Plumber replace bits and pieces till the second call it was replaced. What’s so difficult about being courteous to the tenants and giving them working appliances when they want to get their rent on time?

If you lease by the year well when it ends so do some others not for being late on rent the owner is renovating & price is going up to 800. or 895. The only rebating so far are putting laminated floors it has small 1 bedroom very small kitchen and living room connect so really 2 small rooms & a bathroom , And I won't forget about two tenants we talked to and they've done nothing new but yet they get to stay I just know from experience that the sectary cab be rude at alot of times she'll be talking your business and stops to answer phone and doesn't put on hold so that's rude considering my time is value to me as well as the sectary_ believe this that amount is to high for such a small apartment so I advise look around because their are larger apartments at great rates that my opinion only

Such a wonderful place to stay and sweet people to talk to when you call in they are so courtesy, nice and kind and respectful
