Residences at Holly Oaks

Hi! I was a resident here for a couple months I have a baby on the way I work as hard as I can to support my family I was a little behind on rent (2 weeks) and Jennifer told me to communicate with her and as long as I did that she would work with me I did try to communicate with her I am head over the lease on this apartment and she would refuse to talk to me and would harass my wife about rent when we moved in I didn’t get a mail key for 3 months I asked Jennifer if she could hold our mail for us and she didn’t she when through my mail and only gave me what she said wasn’t trash mail I had gift cards that where delivered here and I never got them so unfortunately I believe she stole them so I will be turning her in for that but i was only 2 weeks late on rent she asked when I would be abl

We have lived here for about two years. It is an amazing place to live. Extremely friendly people and staff. Especially Jennifer she does an amazing job she is very hard-working and when something pops up, she is right on it all the time. And the maintenance is the best I’ve seen since living here. Byron knows what he is doing He’s the best maintenance I’ve seen any apartments I’ve ever lived in. He’s right on everything when something pops up and he makes sure he gets the job done, right. We absolutely love living here.

We have lived here since April 2025 and have signed a 2nd lease simply because of how amazing the Holly Oaks Staff is! Jennifer is an amazing property manager and she truly cares about her residents and not just in a property management way, we call her Mamma Jen for a reason! You can always go and talk to her about anything and she will find a way to talk you through it or help in any way she can! You can't find this kind of community everywhere! Thank you Mamma Jen and the Holly Oaks Staff for making our time here so special!

I have been meaning to make this review since Christmas. I have lived here since May of 2025. I love my apartment and I just love Jennifer, the property manage! And the maintenance man has ALWAYS been very professional and polite about any issues I have had, which have been very few! Jennifer made it possible for my family to give my mother a Christmas outside of the nursing home. Our family was able to have our Christmas for our mother in the Community Center on the complex! She has been in nursing home 3 years and this one thing made her Christmas! Myself and my family are forever grateful for this! And we are excited to have more family gatherings for my mom with the support of the community at the apartment complex. I just moved back to Texas and I could not be mire pleased with the ch

As a first time renter everyone knows how scary it can be. Although the apartment manager Jennifer has made it a cake walk!!! Being so young and moving out of my parents home it was very nerve racking but Jennifer made me feel confident about the move. The holly oaks environment is nothing short of a big family, it’s big and has its dysfunctional moments like any other family but I wouldn’t change my choice of living arrangements for the world !!!! For anyone looking for a change in environment I highly recommend holly oaks for family’s, collage students, and single family’s.
