Residences at Holland Lake Apartments

I moved into my apt. three months ago and I’ve been very pleased thus far. Initially first met the assistant Manager Lindsey. She was so helpful and kind. She made my move in process a great one. The entire staff has been impressive. Maintenance grounds crew have been exceptional. The Manager Addison has been wonderful. She listens very well. Se has tried to accommodate all my requests. Her communication skills and how she delivers the information with certainty and clarity has been great. From the top on down, the staff is awesome. Id like to say thanks to the entire team. I couldn’t be more pleased with everything, here at The Residents of Holland Lake Apartments

I have only been here for 6 weeks, but everything has been exceptional thus far. I moved here with very short notice, and the front office staff was awesome. Showing me the apartment and the grounds and assisting with all the necessary paperwork. Since I have been here, I have needed maintenance twice. Both times the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. And it was actually fixed right the first time. Not to say the maintenance guys are super nice. If you’re looking for an apartment, look no further than here.

Regarding the maintenance crew: Scott and Alan are the best. They are professional and polite. They do exceptional work. I don’t have to worry if I need anything. They are one of the reasons I love living.

Addison Fundis is the best property manager and Lindsey! they were so kind and patient. I also love their apartments and their fitness gym!

Okay, i’ve lived quite a few apartment complexes in my life and I have to say the staff at this place is 10 out of 10. I mean they go above and beyond at all times whether it’s a Friday afternoon five minutes before closing they get you a garage no questions asked outstanding top to bottom bravo
