Residences at Haymount

This place claims to be great. They can never seem to get the grass cut here in a timely manner. Grass grows too high. Then when they finally decide to contact out, they do a horrible job, leaving walk areas messy. A resident held me at knife point, and they have yet to do anything about it. The complex is close to Bragg Blvd causing homeless addicts to wonder the parking lot stealing at night. Residence have to put up their own security. For the price look elsewhere.

stay clear - neighbor literally shot 3 live ammo rounds into my apartment at 5am one morn , one round is still lodged in my couch, they did nothing but will evict on noise complaints ? Trashy place - always smells like trash and/or sewage - can find much better for better price with more amenities

Great spot! New management started in January and it’s a HUGE improvement. Everything is clean, maintenance is fast, the onsite staff are really friendly. I moved out due to a job relocation but otherwise have stayed, it’s in a really good location too.

In my apartment, I am surrounded by quietness, friendly neighbors, and coziness. Having a lake view from the terrace of my bedroom is simply magical.
