Residences at Government Center

I looked at other apartments, but this one was the best, and is the best. It is safe, clean, and the leasing office staff have been nice, attentive, and very helpful. I will also say that I feel safe walking around the area at night. I have everything I need here and all the amenities and all of what the area has to offer. I don't have to worry about someone breaking into my apartment and having my things stolen, including packages. Also, the apartment is very secure and we are in a safe area. I've lived here since October of 2018 and I've loved living here.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews unless the experience is truly disappointing. This community has some of the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. I visited multiple times and was placed on the waiting list for upcoming apartments. After a long wait, I received an email saying my name was at the top of the list and said that five apartments are available. I scheduled an appointment, but since I was a few minutes late, they told me to come the next day instead. When I returned for the new appointment, they told me that all the apartments had already been rented. They mentioned that one unit wasn’t rented yet, but someone else had already applied, and only if that application was denied then I can apply. It felt like they were just wasting my time and playing games rather than being profe

The noise level is a huge issue. The office staff don’t care to do anything about the disruptive people living in the building. I offered solutions but they ignore you.

The community is safe, affordable and both the leasing office staff and maintaince staff are top notch. Very responsive, respectful, helpful, attentive and professional. The community is clean, well maintained and safe. Simply put, no worries if you forgot your apt. door or car unlocked.

Alan always does such a good job and he is such a hard worker. I hope he is here for a long time. I am very pleased with the whole staff.
