Living here has been such a wonderful experience. While the apartment initially wasn’t exactly what I had envisioned, I quickly noticed how responsive and dedicated the management and maintenance teams are. Kyla and Lindsey the new team manager have been exceptionally professional, attentive, and proactive in addressing every concern. They have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that any issue—no matter how small—was handled promptly and correctly. Even when I had multiple requests, they approached each one with patience, kindness, and precision. I truly couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. Living here has been a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. Maintenance is quick to solve any issues that I might have! I love that my unit is so close to the pool and the grills. The gym and lounge are good for relaxing and working out and my son loves the playground and activities center. I’m disabled and my ADA unit has met all my needs easily. I love our location! Close enough to both Austin and Manor without being “in the thick of it”! We love being a Residences @ Decker family!

Nightmare Apartments: The children and residents have turned this place into chaos. From vandalism to domestic abuse and littering, despite being only 2 years old, these apartments exhibit wear and tear as if they were decades old. Police presence is constant, and the thin walls make it impossible to escape the noise of neighbors. Despite multiple complaints, management seems unable or unwilling to address the issues. What once were promising apartments now suffer from the destructive behavior of residents. Unsupervised children freely roam the premises, vandalizing vehicles and property, while aggressive dogs are left unleashed. I’m all about giving honest feedback but after seeing a lot of the reviews some of these are a bit ridiculous. I get it nowhere is perfect and sometimes people have bad experiences but some of these pictures were clearly taken long ago. I currently live here and have been living here since march. I see the changes management is making and here are recent pictures. Staff is friendly maintence is great. Things get broken but they are fixed in a reasonable job.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of living in what can only be described as a real-life depiction of a movie set in the ghetto. This apartment complex was an absolute nightmare from the moment I moved in. First and foremost, the amount of trash scattered everywhere was absolutely appalling. It seemed like the management had no interest in maintaining even a semblance of cleanliness. The hallways were constantly littered with garbage, and the stench was unbearable. It felt like I was living in a landfill rather than a place I called home. Adding to the chaos were the hordes of unsupervised children running around, making noise at all hours of the day and night.
