Residences at Brookline

DO NOT MOVE HERE. They are erasing legit reviews. Please read: I’ve lived in this complex since 2022. Since then these are apartments have changed ownership hands at LEAST twice. DO NOT MOVE HERE To start, please be aware that a majority of the highly rated reviews come from people who only toured the complex and was asked by the front office to rate based on their experience at the time. The 3 below ratings come from legit tenants , most who have been here 3+ years like myself and have watched the quality of these home decline tremendously . I am so sad to be leaving such a review. The office of Residencies at Brookline was helpful during our tour and move-in process. However, the care and attention they give to resident concerns has been proven to be poor and disappointing. Since our move-in one week and a half ago, we have seen AT LEAST 10 roaches (large and baby roaches), with majority of them found in our bedrooms. Upon notifying the office, we were put on pest control log for this upcoming week. Turns out we were not even on the log! Day of pest control, we called to confirm the time they would come, and they had to add us on last minute due to not having been added to the list previously. It seems the only solution the office can offer for this infestation is to spray the floorboards of the apartment. I understand that

Please be careful moving here. Initially i thought Brookline was a great place to stay until I experienced an issue with the towing of my vehicle WITH NO WARNING!! I was experiencing a wrongful charge with NC quick pass causing me to not be able to renew my registration to obtain my sticker. I was advised it would take time for NC quick pass to review my claim, the leasing office would not work with me. They stated I needed weekly updates to be able to keep my car anywhere on the premises. Quick pass would not give me weekly updates on my case, not to mention the property manager ALSO had an outdated sticker but her car remained not towed. I tour Residence at Brookline today and was very impressed by the amenities offered. The property landscaped was well maintained. Morgan gave me the tour and she was absolutely the best. She had knowledge of the whole community. She pointed out every amenity we drove past on the golf cart. I'm praying there is a 1st floor apartment available at the end of the year. I read the reviews before requesting a tour everything that was said was correct about how beautiful this complex is and how it is kept up and all the amenities offered. I look forward to making Residence at Brookline my next home. Thank you again Morgan for showing me this beautiful property. I cannot stand this place, I’m moving out as soon as my lease is up. My car was towed in visitors parking twice and I pay for a parking pass, which makes zero sense. It’s dirty and trash is literally everywhere. I cannot stand management every complaint is just swept under the rug without a care. My neighbors have complained and nothing get resolved. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYBODY because they literally do not care.
