I can’t stress enough how nice this place is. From even before the start of the tour, Brian was incredibly prompt, professional, personable, and engaging. We fell in love with the unit we saw and signed the next day, something that would normally take us a little while to discuss and compare to other units we toured. Everything just really stood out to us! Not only that, but even after signing Brian made the whole process & move-in a breeze, and even our moving company was shocked at how easy everything was for them. I have lived in apartments before but never one with such dedicated people, who care about those who live here and do so much for everyone. Super helpful leasing staff. I live a very busy life and need support with package deliveries, even though they have a package room, I needed technology delivered to a human. The staff happily took on this responsibility and are making my life easy. I love it here!!!!

I love living here at residences at 55. It is always kept so clean, whenever I put in a maintenance request they are so fast and nice to fix the problem. Brain from the office is amazing as well and is always there if you need anything! Definitely my favorite complex I have lived at so far :)

Honest Review after having more than 20 tours in Apartments in Cleveland After seeing more than 20 apartments while searching for a new place in Cleveland, I can say with confidence that the best service I received during all the tours was, by far, from Brian. I am a foreign physician from Brazil, I have been living in Cleveland since last November, and now I will be moving to a new apartment. In other tours, I experienced situations where there was a certain lack of care, or the person handling the apartment rental seemed very uninterested, as if it didn’t matter to them whether you rented or not. I have lived at Residences at 55 for two years now and have loved every minute! The maintenance team is absolutely incredible and attend to your request so quickly (sometimes in minutes!) The leasing staff is so helpful with everything-- Even helped me install a new car battery when mine died in the parking garage! Security/front desk staff is also the BEST. I genuinely recommend this building to anyone looking to live downtown. I have not a single bad thing to say about it!
