We had an amazing experience working with Manny (Manuel Santos) throughout the entire move-in process. Manny was easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. He guided us through the lease-signing step by step, coordinated my move-in details, and helped with freight elevator reservations without me having to worry about a thing. Moving can be overwhelming, but overall, the team at 1 Brown made it feel smooth and well-organized. Highly recommend — thank you for making this transition seamless!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love living here! The management team does an outstanding job and truly sets this building apart. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and communication is always clear and timely. The building is consistently clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. The common areas are always in great shape, and it’s obvious that a lot of attention goes into keeping everything running smoothly. What really makes the difference is how friendly and approachable the management team is specially Rose, Manny, & Winna— they go above and beyond to create a positive living experience and a real sense of community. I couldn’t be happier living here and would highly recommend this

I’ve lived here for about three years, and it’s been a great place to call home. The building is secure, management genuinely cares about the residents, and they consistently create a sense of community through events, game nights, and holiday gatherings. As someone from NYC, this is my first apartment building experience, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. It’s quiet, well-maintained, the neighbors are friendly, and whenever help is needed, staff and maintenance are responsive and reliable.

I couldn’t even tell you the many good things that have come out of this , this is my first apartment and the process that manny and Rose helped me with is amazing . They were so helpful and answered all of my questions that I had everyday lol . I had a new question everyday and they were never annoyed with answering anything . I would recommend this place to everyone . It’s beautiful! Rose and Manny are amazing people and they will help you with anything you need

Great place to live, the location is in the middle of everything. The events here are always fun, and the apartment has great square footage and great amenities. Edwina is very friendly, helpful and caring.
