Residence at the Heights

I recently toured the Residence at the Height and had such a great experience. Alexis was super sweet, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the community. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and really made me feel comfortable during the tour. The property is beautiful, but Alexis professionalism and kindness really stood out. Highly recommend touring with her!

Love my apartment and the complex is always quiet and peaceful. I just renewed my lease, and I love how the new property manager communicates with us on ongoing issues or events at complex. She always has extra events that she coordinates and appreciate her involvement. I love the amenities we are offered and the surrounding business and restaurants available.

Been here for five years and so far I like it! Considering the area, the rent is reasonable. The complex rarely floods, a serious problem throughout Houston. Most neighbors are pretty friendly. I'm not a super fancy lady, so the complex serves me well. I am not leaving until I get ready to buy a home!

It’s always peaceful here, my dogs love the park it’s a plus to have so many store and services in the area

Alexis is really accommodating and friendly. My pup loved visiting the office on his little walks. Everyone is friendly and they all watch over each other. Especially during hurricane seasons!!
