Reside at 2727

Advantages: Really nice floor plan, new windows, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher — feels like new! Disadvantages: Creaking floors throughout the building. Bad odor in the hallway on the 3rd floor. There is no soundproofing — I can hear every single step of the neighbor above, which means no sleep. I had a maintenance work order was completed after 2 weeks, when the confirmation email says it will be fixed in 2 days. Poor communication inside of management team. I was looking for transfer options and agents in leasing office on Surf ensured manager will contact me. This never happened. Office was closed during the working hours and its almost impossible to reach them via phone call. Had multiple attempt to reach the manager. We met 2 weeks after my

I greatly enjoy living in Reside at 2727. Chris in the leasing office was outstanding in facilitating my apartment search and move-in process. The facility is very clean and a comfortable living space. My apartment is spacious and with newly updated appliances. I am glad to have chosen Reside at 2727!

Jesus was absolutely amazing and made staying at reside a dream. He made the building feel safe and clean. He knew our dog by name, and once even found my debit card in the laundry room and returned it to me. Anytime we had a maintenance request he took care of it immediately. 10/5 stars for Jesus!!!

This is a great place to live. Lived here for two and a half years with no complaints. The maintenance staff was always timely and efficient, and Jesus goes above and beyond to make it feel like home.
