Reside Apartments

I had the best experience moving into the Reside Apartments. The leasing staff were both efficient and empathetic towards my stress around moving. From start to finish every detail was handled with care and swiftness. Additionally, they made sure that my unit was immaculate upon move in. I was super impressed and look forward to the rest of my stay here.

The leasing team was great while I was checking out the apartments. I believe their names were Luz and Melissa…..they were both very kind and helpful throughout the process. I don’t speak the best English but Luz took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable. Definitely a positive experience!

Where to start? The most egregious part of living in a 'luxury apartment" with substantial rent is not getting what you paid for, in this case peaceful and quiet possession of my unit. Since I moved into my current unit, it has been a total nightmare. The tenant above me pounds on the floor, drops heavy objects and disturbs from the hours of 8PM to 4AM daily. They blame it on their toddler (not sure what toddler is awake from 8PM- 4AM daily). What I am experiencing can only be imagined. I approached the tenant (on the advice of police assigned to investigate the disturbance to encourage open communication), pleading with them, to keep the noise to a minimum because I have a child that needs to sleep through the night, I have to go to work while also preparing for multiple exams. Amazing management! I’ve lived here for 2+ years now and hope to be here for a few more years as well. Have had no issues with the building and the management is very timely with responses. Couldn’t be more grateful for this place.

Absolutely gorgeous! We are so impressed with all of the employees here always greeted with a smile and everyone so quick to answer any questions or be helpful. On top of that, the apartments are gorgeous! And the most amazing amenities! We could not have asked for a safer cleaner environment for our family. So happy to be a part of the community.
