Be aware of all of those Reviews and don't fall for them like i did! The buildings Full of Cockroaches ! I used to live on 12 floor and still Get them ! The office will walk with you and give you all detailes and features about their comples but they dont let you aware you might EXPERIMENT Cockroaches out side and inside your apartment! They want you to Sign the lease and than you have to deal with it. And I don't mention that you will smell from time to time (WEED) smell in the Hallway and if you want to enjoy the Balcony View you Might get Wind of WEED smell in you noise . So if you ok with Cockroaches around you and you like weed smell ..than absolutely this Complext for you!!!.

Received exceptional and impeccable results with the staff and team. The agent that signed is up Ms. Pearl is a sweetheart. I highly recommend her. One of the best aspects of this complex is the cleanliness. The aroma and the fresh flowers just add a different level of welcoming ambiance. I have researched various complexes and found that the value and the timing and the ease is worth it.

I have been in the apartment for a year now, and I’d like to say that the team on hand does a great job. They aren’t perfect, but they get things done. They love to organize lots of activities to fit the time of the year and every age group and, though not perfect, do what they can to fix problems around the facility. The team as well is friendly, and they all carry nice smiles, giving more warmth to the environment. My sister has personally grown close to them. The management team is also interactive and does their best, and I would personally recommend the apartment complex to anyone because I personally enjoy my stay here. (With love and regard to the leasing office, as well as the wonderful management team)

I moved into this property with excellent expectations, but today I can clearly say it has been a huge disappointment. It seems that the only priority here is renting apartments and collecting rent, without caring about the type of residents being brought in or the environment being created. The smell of marijuana, cigarette smoke, and wet dog is constant in hallways, balconies, and common areas. It is unbearable and shows a complete lack of control. People drive as if this were a highway; there is no proper signage and the disorder is obvious. Children run around unsupervised, while parents act with total irresponsibility, ignoring the real risk that a serious accident could happen at any moment. The management is completely ineffective. Nothing gets resolved. The problems continue and

Andreina was awesome during my application process, she made me feel like home, the entire process was super fast, smooth, and we love the amazing amenities, the pool, the gym, the club house, and the dog park. We love Resia apartments. 🥰🥰🥰
