I don’t have any more problems than the one where they cut water off and don’t give any warning other than that I have no problem with it

It's really a good spot if you got the right neighbors everyone is so people and kid friendly. We all look out for each other. The down Side is that everything starts falling apart like doors from henges. Other then that they pretty apartments. 🎶🤩🕊🫂💋

DONT DO IT!!! Bug infestations mold no cameras on site at all! Homes and trucks are vandalized and broken into. The crack heads are rampant and will steal truck parts tools radios whatever they can get loose. There is a homeless problem and the bus stop is right by the entrance so comers and goers can do just that. People have been shot here and if you research it you will see. Drifters come and go day and night we had our van doors pulled open and our radio and other things have been taken. The residents will mess your vehicles up by hitting them scratching them and creepy people try to holler at kids. This is not a kid friendly or people friendly place to live. Dogs run free and try to bite. Yes all bills are paid but you’ll pay with your safety vehicle and your apartment.

I applied for a 2 bedroom, I make more than 3x the rent. I was told they have 2 bedrooms available now but I was only approved for a one bedroom bc I don’t have kids! Def some racist under tones going on
