The absolute worst place I've ever stayed!! I discovered the apartments were infested with roaches within the first week of moving there, and management knew and didn't have anyone start actually spraying until like 2 years later. (They kept putting that brown gunk that did nothing for them.) And they still were crawling outside and randomly coming in until I moved. Good luck on getting anything fixed in a timely manner because maintenence changes even more frequently than the management who just comes in and puts people out after they've managed to lose people's leases, payments, and who knows what else in the midst of their constant shuffling and changing and there being no management AT ALL at times. And the owners are even worse! They left me without a hot water heater for 2 months in

Had some miscommunication on my part about operation hours. I received a response back about about my app , didn't realize I hadn't put one in yet. Talked to the very polite manager in the office and she cleared everything up for me in a professional and timely manner. I can tell this is a great place to live. Sorry for the misunderstanding on my part .

Came out here it is the most relaxing place ever I Love the Country view it's quite and for the most part the Manager is a great person I have no complaints.

I applied for their duplex and went through the whole application process just to get denied because they pulled up the wrong information saying that I had a warrant that wasn't even me so once I found that out I tried to inform them with documents then the manager said "Well the reason it got denied because we did a credit check" which I thought if you are "section 8" your credit shouldn't matter But either way my credit ways more than a (550) After all that back and forth I left it alone. So I received a email a couple weeks after the incident saying that there were still available spots open if I wanted to apply. so me (knowing that we are all humans we make mistake) so I tried to give it another shot! I just moved into these apartments and so far they have been so professional and polite and I have been trying to get into these apartments for a long time now. Glad they are under new management.
