Maintenance: Ivan- provided excellent service. Arrived on time, great attention to detail, explained what he was doing, and is very knowledgeable in his craft. He is professional, kind, and respectful.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! THE MANAGEMENT WAS CHANGED AND THE NEW PEOPLE ARE THE WORST! Been without AC for 2 weeks DURING A HEATWAVE and there's 0 urgency to fix the problem. The first time they came they gaslit me by saying there was nothing wrong with it. The second time I called, they sent an actual AC person and they said they would mail a part in (so much for my AC not being broken) then they forgot they even had to fix the AC. Sitting here in an 88° apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE, THEIR STANDARDS ARE LOW AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF THEIR TENANTS.

Updated Review (After Moving Out) I am updating my previous review now that I have officially moved out of The Reserve at South Coast. Unfortunately, I can confirm that none of the issues previously raised were ever improved — in fact, several of them worsened over time. The visitor parking situation remains a serious problem. The parking app continues to be poorly managed, allowing residents to reserve visitor spaces long-term, making it nearly impossible to host guests. Despite this being raised before, no effective controls or enforcement were implemented. Overcrowding in several units appears to have increased, further impacting parking availability and overall quality of life. This place is very affordable, it is an older building community so keep that in mind. However, The apartment community and management is excellent. They have really tried to maintain and improve the community as much as possible. The neighbors usually keep to themselves, but are friendly and when I’m walking with my kid in the evening time, I feel safe and residents acknowledge or say hi. I’ve noticed no safety issues. For the price that you pay, you get quite a bit of amenities in the apartment unit and throughout the community

Anthony was honestly such a great help in our whole process of renting a home. He explained everything very well, and really help us fall in love with the property. It was soooo great working with Anthony!
