Reserve at Ridgewood Plantation

I've had a really positive experience living here. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and my maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. What really stands out is the staff. They are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. It's clear they work hard to keep the community running smoothly.

We moved here last February fixing to sign our second year lease. As soon as we got here it felt like home. Our proper manager Lisa is awesome and all of the staff they come with a friendly smile and a helping hand if needed. We didn’t have small kids but we had small dogs and the dog park is a plus for us. Everyone does a good job about cleaning up after their pets. Anytime we have had an issue it has been handled with quickness. And one more thing the grounds is just beautiful when I walk out of our breezeway in the mornings I look up towards the park and what a beautiful view! The ponds the wildlife and being 8 miles from ocean is a plus as well.

I have no discrepancies living here! Its a very laid back, kind community. I wish we had more community events but that is an amenity, not necessity! Management is always quick to respond and resolve issues. I will complain a bit about the rental portal, you literally just pay rent. It would be so convenient if we could see maintenance requests and/or communication, but that is another amenity in my opinion. A great place all around! We have been here for 2 years now and I have had nothing that has made me want to leave yet.

I currently reside here at The Reserves at Ridgewood Plantation. I’ve been here since January 2021. I wish I could give this property more than 5 stars to be honest! The amount of amenities that is on the property alone for small children to adults is unbelievable! Not to the mention the events we have here. Then the location of this home is less than 20 minutes from the ocean. 🌊 I love that there are sidewalks everywhere so my babies can ride their bikes safely and not have to worry about cars. We just received a makeover on our buildings and new lighting in the breezeway and patios. They keep the playground and pool clean and functioning all year round. I have moved around a lot over the past years due to life happening but this property I have finally called home for me and my kids. Yes

We have lived here for 5 years, it has gone through a lot of changes. When we first got here the buildings were a different color then they are now which was a nice upgrade. The office went through a lot of changes and in my opinion it only got better with every new person that came through management. The office and management were always nice. The new management now has done a really great job with some reoccurring issues of high school kids taking all the parking spots and causing problems. It’s a nice area I guess it all really depends on your neighbors and building you live in that will dictate your time here. I would suggest getting a ring door bell for safety and packages. Other then that it’s a nice place.
