Reserve at Redwine

I toured Reserve at Redwine on 12/5, applied on 12/8, and was approved on 12/11. I made it clear during my tour that I needed a 1/30 move-in date, but the application didn’t allow that option. After approval, I was told I must either move in on 1/7, pay $100+ more to hold the unit, or lose my $300 application fee. This lack of transparency is frustrating and feels unprofessional. Applicants deserve clear disclosure about move-in date restrictions before applying.

My experience with Reserve at Redwine new management changes have been phenomenal they have successfully managed to turn the property around with an amazing team things are never left undone the community is always clean and repairs and done immediately or the next business day. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟The new property manager has more than earned and work hard for her position. The assistant property manager Donovan is not only professional, understanding and patient he is also very kind. Chris of the maintenance department is such the Gentlemen, professional and a great asset he will even help you with Groceries and etc. As a woman security, safety, support and community means a lot and Reserve at Redwine provides it all and the management team is amazing even when you are having difficulties or a bad day.

My family and I have been living here for the last 4 years and we plan to renew our lease again. Reserve at Redwine is really a hidden gem within the East Point Community. The price is reasonable, the staff is amazing, and the community overall is quiet and peaceful. We won't be moving until we are ready to move to into our dream home! We Love it here!!!

They price gouge all of their apartments so please be aware that they are looking to have you pay $2-300 more than the price you see. Do not recommend.

I'm writing to share my exceptional review of this property. I've resided here for a few years and have watch this rental property grow. I've had an exceptional living experience here. The office staff is always polite and professional. The level of service I've received from the maintenance gentleman, Johnathan has been truly amazing over years. Whenever there are maintenance issues, Johnathan has always resolved my issue in a timely professional manner. Johnathan has shown that he is very knowledgeable in most issues that arise and will complete the job right the first time. Overall this property is great, very well maintained and the security staff has been very good also. I would highly recommend to others.
