Believe all the negative reviews of this place! It's true that the manager Jamie is horrible and doesn't care. Maintenance is lazy and don't know what they're doing. There's trash everywhere. Furniture piled up by all the dumpsters that's been sitting there forever. Pool is dirty and green. Gate is currently broken Again. It's funny how all the sudden 3 random positive reviews pop-up praising Jamie and the maintenance. Jamie is obviously bothered by the truth and doesn't like being called out on it. Especially in reviews. It's Obvious she asked people to post them and all back to back so she can try to make herself look good. Proof is in all the uhuals of people moving out. They need to get a manager who is nice, professional and actually takes care of the property and everyone living here
Rent & water are high enough as it is. Then all the extra fees that come with it makes it so Expensive here. $70 internet (which lags all the time) & $35 trash valet are ridiculous. Manager Jamie is so self absorbed & can care less about anything you tell her. Everytime you see her she looks like she just rolled out of bed & came to work. Very unprofessional, rude & always on her phone. She seems to just be here for a paycheck. Leah actually cares & is always so nice. They need to fire or demote Jamie & let Leah be manager or hire someone else. Only see the maintenance girl doing everything: cleaning, picking up trash & dog poop stations. The maintenance guys just ride around in the cart trying to look like they're busy but yet sit around all day doing nothing. Seems like they should just
Amazing Experience at The Reserve at Lone Oak! I’ve had such a great experience at The Reserve at Lone Oak! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The property is beautiful, quiet, and well-kept — a perfect place to call home. A special shoutout to Leah, the leasing agent who helped me through the entire process! She was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Leah made sure I understood everything about the lease, answered all my questions quickly, and went above and beyond to make the move-in process stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming community with great staff, I highly recommend The Reserve at Lone Oak — and definitely ask for Leah!
Rent has gotten way too expensive for this place! Not worth it for the quality of the apartment. They send out a flyer about things being violated yet people continue to do them. They keep changing office & maintenance constantly. I liked dealing with Michelle in the office. Then it was Grace & Leah who promised things but never got done right away. Roaches have been a big problem but no pest control. Yet we pay for it every month. Then to be told maintenance will be pest control because they're looking to find a new company. Now there's a new manager Jamie. Guess we'll see if she can actually get things done around here. The new maintenance are lazy though. So much trash around the complex that doesn't get picked up & you just see them riding around in the golf cart all day. We've had so
In my 2 years of residency, the office staff have consistently shown politeness and promptly addressed any issues I may have had. Despite the outdoor smell that comes and goes I depends on the direction of the wind that smells like cattle manure, I understand that isn't the complex fault. The complex is clean, and the playground is a hub of joyful activity for children. The gym's accessibility is great and it's a peaceful environment are notable advantages. Additionally, the trash validation system is a valued amenity. The maintenance guy Edwin responded to my work order on the same day I submitted it. He efficiently identified the issue within 10 minutes and promptly restored my air conditioning to working order. As a courtesy, he waited a few minutes to ensure I verified that cold air wa
