Reserve at Lakeside

The apartments are truly beautiful, with a modern yet cozy design that makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable. They’re always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile, creating a warm and inviting living experience.

We would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work of our maintenance team, especially Chris. Every time we have submitted a request, the response has been prompt, professional, and thorough. Not only is the work top-notch, but his attitude and demeanor are equally commendable. My wife and I have lived here for about a year. We have been very pleased. It was nice not to have to shovel snow. Parking lots are plowed promptly and the snow is cleaned between the cars. The. Maintenance person Chris is very helpful and make sure the place is clean. He also takes care promptly of any issues on the apartment. I highly recommend the place.

I have had a delightful experience with Reserve at Lakeside. There is an atmosphere of neighborliness among the residents. Jessica (property manager) excels in her role and responds in a timely manner. Chris is both professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He responds quickly and resolves the issue with proper tools/parts and skill.

I asked for help and it,within 12 hours. Will say all was handled within 12 hours...professionally, courtesy, without question.
