We love living here! The maintenance team has been awesome to us. They come in and work on whatever it is in timely manner. I’d like to give a shoutout to Chad who we appreciate so much for his hard work. He really goes above and beyond.

I’ve had a great experience so far. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful and my apartment was immaculate on move in day. Maintenance dropped by within an hour to make sure everything was working properly. Noise was important to me and so far so good, as a matter of fact the whole complex is very peaceful. Highly recommended!

Enforcing residents to pay mandatory fees for Spectrum internet and tv package for $110 are the most ridiculous things I ever heard. What if people only want to use the internet services but not the entire package. Why would we have to pay $110 instead of paying something cheaper for just internet. I have been using Spectrum for years and it cost less than $110. I highly encourage all of the residents living here review bombing this place with 1 stars until they remove this ridiculous policy. This is very concerning border line violating our freedom of choice to use the services.

I lived at the reserve for a year and a half, never missed a rent payment, had to drop thousands into pet fees and deposits just for the one night I forget a dog dropping in the fenced in park I'm fined for $350 a month later. For context, I regularly am up hours before the Sun and come home well after it has set and the light they have by the dog park has been broken for months with no sign of it being fixed, therefore it is pitch black at night. When I called the office about the fine they scoffed at me as I had the audacity to be concerned about $350 being a first offense warning. As well as, they replaced the grass with turf to be more esthetically pleasing that now for a majority of the year gets so hot dogs can't walk on it. There have been rumors of shade being put up over the park

This is coastal living, love beach life! Quiet here, the office staff are very accommodating and accessible. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance team is friendly and timely at fulfilling requests. The apartment I have is spacious and modern except for kitchen appliances which are dated but efficient and match each other. Rent is very reasonable with perks for paying on time that can be redeemed for dining, flights or discounts on rent. Amenities are well maintained, accessible and clean. Shopping, dining and beaches with free parking are close by in driving distance.
