Reserve at Hillcrest

This was my first time moving into an apartment, and from the beginning, Anita at the leasing office made everything extremely easy with her friendliness and professionalism! I cannot thank her enough for her promptness in helping me move in, she is awesome! The apartment has several amenities included and is in a nice area; it’s close to stores if you need anything. The community is peaceful and the surrounding area is well-maintained.

This apartment complex is trash. When I first moved there well kept snow clean from walk ways and streets. Salt out down for our safety. I seen a few ppl sliding dang near fell to their tail. These past couple of yrs has been a damn circus. 🤡 you tell them a problem they procrastinate til it’s below zero outside to address the problems. The name change doesn’t make the property better. Getting double charged for trash. No resident asked for valet trash service, something the landlord should pay for. Still didn’t change anything on how nasty the trash looks. You walk out your door with raccoons and other wildlife in front of your door eating trash. The focus isn’t improving it just about the money. There is no accountability!!!!!! A complete failure among management and the property own

i’ve been promised the last 5 years that these apartments would go back to being good again. but management makes promises to help you & they don’t come thru. they always say going to call you back later & they never do. i have to call no caller id just to get a answer out of the management. ive thru hell with this complex. where do i start? drug dealers shooting ak47s when there mad at there girlfriend. uber drivers getting robbed by drug dealers. going weeks in the summer without ac. the pool being closed all summer . women that don’t know how to drive with no insurance backing into me because the gate wasn’t going up. my heat not working. my ceiling leaking about to collapse lasted 3 months. the sink being clogged up. mold in bathroom. dryer not working takes 10 hours to dry my clothes

My best friend has lived in these apartments for the past 6 years. I come over at least three times a week. I cannot tell you the difference I have seen in the past year. The property looks amazing!! You can tell they have changed some things. My friend says the new manager, Emily is unbelievably kind and so responsive. Anytime she needs anything Emily always makes sure she is taken care of. I have even thought about moving here when my lease is up because of all the changes. Just wanted to make sure someone knew how wonderful the changes are. It really is a different place to live now in a good way!! Keep up the great work to this manager!!!!

We couldn't be happier with our decision to move to these apartments. From day one, the management and leasing staff have been exceptional. They are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable. Any request we've had has been handled quickly and professionally. As a family with young children and a pet, we feel completely at home. The community is so kid-friendly and there are always dogs out on walks it's clear this is an animal-friendly and welcoming place for everyone. Five stars!"
