Reserve at Hagan

The apartment manager, Ms. Catherine Williams, has taken great care of my daughter and I during our application process. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in the affordable housing industry. She takes her time and explained the forms in a way it was easier for us to understand. I’m looking forward to a great experience at The Reserve at Hagan community.

Mrs. Catherine is one of the most kind and sweetest apartment mangers I’ve ever met. She keeps in touch with her tenants and makes sure any problems you have gets resolved. I would recommend people staying here, just because of her. I would like to add to my review because I’m not sure how to leave a new one. I just recently signed my lease for the 3rd time and I still feel the same way I did when I signed the 1st one. Miss Catherine and maintenance are always so friendly and welcoming to all their tenants. They have great communication skills and are quick to respond when needed. My children and I love staying here because it’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s a great place to raise a family and Miss Catherine even sets up cute activities to do with her tenants, adults and children.

I love my apartment!!! It is spacious, has plenty of storage and wonderful staff! Chris is so polite and is always willing to fix anything. Mrs. Catherine is the sweetest Leasing Manager I have ever came across. She is always so helpful throughout the application process and the moving in process. Mrs. Catherine puts her residents first.These wonderful people are always wanting to make sure the residents are happy. I HIGHLY recommend Reserves at Hagan!!!

Since the first day I walked into the office, I felt welcomed here. Since I’ve moved in, I’ve felt safe. The community of people who live here have been friendly. The maintenance staff and apartment manager are eager to make sure you and your family are comfortable here at The Reserve at Hagan. I’m blessed to live here and call this place home.

LOVE Love Mrs.Catherine our move in was very easy and fast! She makes you feel like family when you walk into her office! She answered all our questions and made note of all our concerns. She needs to be running all the apartments!!
