Extremely Unprofessional Management Avoid This Place I have had an awful experience dealing with Ashley the property manager at The Reserves at Deer Run. Her attitude toward tenants is shockingly rude and unprofessional. She speaks to residents with a nasty tone and complete lack of respect which is far from what you would expect from someone in property management. I even have recordings that show just how unprofessional and inappropriate her language can be. It is disappointing to see someone in a customer facing role behave this way toward the very people who make this community possible. If you value being treated with basic courtesy and respect please do not move here. There are plenty of other places where the staff actually care about their tenants.

We applied to this complex with my friend and they said we were approved. Then they asked for additional info about our rental history which we provided at the same day. They said they’re gonna call us back which they did not. After 2 weeks of waiting process i called them and the property manager said we were denied but at the system it said the application was canceled… They wasted our time and money.

OK, I’m going to make this short and simple as possible. So maybe about two weeks ago I put in an application for an apartment. My application got canceled when I was asking why she told me that she needed additional information from me OK cool so I sent it to her while we were on the phone and she agreed that She had everything that she needed. The next day when I Ask her if I could talk to the property manager, she told me that she managers the application and that she still missing information from me which I’m confused Because we were on the phone the day prior and she told me that she had everything that she needed from me. Still, I’ve been asking for updates and I have got nothing. I even asked to speak to someone else that could probably further assist me. It seems that I just can’t

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the apartments at deer run! Haven and Ashley are wonderful to work with. Thank you both for making my rental experience great

I provide dog walking services to make extra income. This morning, while walking a client’s dog in their neighborhood, I was unexpectedly asked by a woman in a snarky tone, ‘What unit are you in?’ I inquired why she was asking, she responded, (still in a nasty tone) ‘This dog shouldn’t be out here. I told her it’s not my dog a continued my walk as I only had 10 minutes remaining..but I found this encounter surprising since I’ve visited this complex multiple times to walk this dog AND others that live here without issue or concern. The 1 year old pup was not barking, and only looking her direction out of curiosity an excitement. This situation made me wonder how residents at Deer Run might be treated in any situation…Respectful communication goes a long way in fostering a positive community
