Reserve at Brookhaven Apartments

We shifted here last week. So far its been a great experience. The houses here are good, its a great community to live in. A very special Thanks to Shalonda for helping us get the application process approved. She went out of the way to help us with the move in process. It took sometime, but they are very helpful. One should definitely check out Reserve at Brookhaven. They have multiple flooring options. And overall its been a good experience.

This apartment community exceeded my expectations. The unit was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with updated appliances and ample storage. The building amenities are well maintained, and the common areas are always tidy. Management is attentive, courteous, and efficient in handling any concerns. The location offers easy access to major roads, shopping centers, and dining options, making it ideal for both work and leisure. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking quality living in a great location.

Moved here in December the Property Manager is great and will do all she can for residents. Location is nice and property is quiet. Maintenance is phenomenal so sincere and friendly. Highly recommend

Shalonda and Jeffery, along with the maintenance technician, have been absolutely amazing. This is our second time leasing here, and once again the experience has been great. We love our duplex, the amenities, and the community events. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we need anything.

My brother and I, are very happy. Especially when we learned that we; like other residents, got one month of free rent. We don't have to worry about taking care of stuff. For example: mowing the lawn changing the the battery on the smoke detector as well changing the dryer hose vent. Also prior to moving in they made l, not only a final inspection but spray for any bugs.
