⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m writing this as someone who recently leased an apartment through Josh, so my experience only covers that process, but in that short time, it was clear how capable and dedicated he is. As someone with several friend working in leasing consultant positions, this property is known for being a tough one, yet Josh handled everything with calm professionalism and genuine care. From our first interaction, he was communicative, organized, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was clear and every question answered. I signed my lease & will move in on November 1st. Josh gave me my tour & he had made the process so smooth. This is my first apartment, so this season is coming with lots of nerves & questions. 😅having Josh as my leasing consultant has genuinely brought so much peace!! He's wonderful!!

Bad first impression. Booked an in-person tour for 1/3/26 at 11:00am. We arrived at 10:57am and the office doors were locked with a sign saying they'll return at 11:20. There was a QR code on the door to do a self tour. Figured might as well do that since we drove all the way here. So I booked one for 11:30. Except when you get the email for instructions, it doesn't tell you the unit number to tour. I then received an email saying someone at the front office will meet me at 11:30 which defeats the purpose of a self tour. Not a great first impression and we drove 2 hours from out of town to tour apartments today.

First week here and we are super happy!! Molly has made tons of furry friends and we have found it to be extremely quiet and feels like home!! The first interaction with the management staff was excellent and they still continue to impress us! Jason, Liz and Sydney are amazing and so friendly, helpful and very approachable! We have had a few little maintenance items when we first moved in to be addressed and David, Keith and Erica were super easy to work with they were friendly and professional and did an amazing job with everything!! Can't say enough about all the staff here!! Our apartment was in excellent condition when we moved in it was like new they did a great job turning it! Josh, one of the leasing consultants, was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process of touring and applying! We were unable to tour the unit in-person and virtual touring was an option. We are looking forward to moving in.
