I moved into the complex last year and I kinda second guessed moving in especially with things being promised and it didn’t turn out they way it was shown with previous management which was very disappointing. Ever since new management has taken over the property the entire staff have been very efficient with getting maintenance orders done. Willing to see residents as actually people and they have always been extremely helpful to me with understanding different life situations and I have nothing but respect for Ms.Brittany and the rest of the dream team.Thank you for making me feel like home.

I loved staying here at Reserve at Birch Creek. It's nobody like Ms. Jaleesa she is so awesome. Whatever I need she make it happen never take her time but always on time. She take pride in her work and the property shows for that. Because of who she is the property has been very clean and quiet, I have no complaints.
