Been trying to get in touch with Kate for months, over 10 office calls, email through rescom and never a return call. This place is a joke and should be fired!! They won't ever come clean up fallen trees in the common but I have been paying my dues on time for 15 years.

I would never of thought that I would be without air conditioning going on four weeks now and still waiting. House is in a nice middle class neighborhood and treated as slum. I not only feel sorry for me but the neighborhood as well.

I can’t express how great my experience has been with Rescom Facility Group. I’ve been renting my house for about 2 and half years and haven’t had any problems until recently. About a month ago my hot water tank completely went out. I made a maintenance request online the Sunday evening that it went out, and Kate emailed me within minutes and confirmed that the maintenance man would be out the next day! The next day, when maintenance showed up, he came with a brand new hot water tank and also brought everything he would need to replace it, including fitting. It only took him about 45 minutes to replace the tank and he was very friendly and very helpful! I was pleased! That’s the first issue I had. The second issue that came up (in just the last couple of days) was my sewer backup up into m

AWFUL living conditions provided by this rental company. I lived in a property owned by Kate Wilson for a year and the whole entire duration of my lease there were roaches and mice infesting the building I lived in. I contacted the owner Kate Wilson over and over again to discuss this issue. When she finally decided to get back to me about it (4 months after I started bringing it up), she told me that they do not treat the inside of their buildings for pests. Only the outside. So the infestation pursued and got worse over time mo matter what kind of preventative measures I took. Throughout my lease multiple homeless people would inhabit the hallways of this property. Kate Wilson is one of the most unprofessional people I have met. The fact that she told me I know who I married and basically I deserved my domestic violence issues. The way she speaks to people is disgusting. I called to check up on a maintenance request for the 2nd day in a row and I am questioned as to why I left a 1 star review. Then I’m told they will be evicting me and refusing payment now. My landlords are friend with the police department and she also said they tell her who is at my house and that I have people living here. Only people ON my lease live here. The mold growing in my bathroom or the windows not fixed is not a concern though. I have only been belittled or humiliated by this company and I will be taking this further.
