Resaca View Apartments

I always felt I was walking on egg shells living here! The maintenance man (manager) (bald guy) was always watching everything the residents did! He always wanted to come in my apartment to “inspect” supposedly to change the filter, which I could happily do or check the water! In the end I was sent a bill over not cleaning the apartment correctly behind the refrigerator, how am i supposed to move a refrigerator! I didn’t get my deposit back! Don’t move here! Most of the neighbors are nosy too!

Renting a $1400 cockroach infested apartment. A huge disappointment at resaca view apartments. We were confident in getting a clean new apartment unit being built in 2021. So after a quick tour we signed a 1 year lease. Before moving in we started to notice a few cockroachs Well after further inspection. it Turned out to be a cockroach infested apartment. Literally everywhere hundreds Of cockroach, cockroach eggs behind the stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and in every room. So for the past 10 months we have been dealing with this problem still living with cockroachs. But Now recently it started to affect the health of my 3 year old child with cockroachs being found in his bed. I contacted management if we can end our lease early 2 months left even offering to pay a penalty but managem

This is a great apartment complex. It’s convenient to the rest of the city and the highway. The maintenance and management of the complex are awesome

My boyfriend and I lived here for 2 years, the management would assist to any of yours needs right away! super clean, comfy, and great location in brownsville. never had any problems. apartment had a nice layout, very modern and pretty! would definitely recommend.

The building is brand new, well designed with good floor plans and layout. It is a very convenient and safe location. Pricing is reasonable and fair based on my research. I visited several different apartment complexes at the same time, and toured their units, etc and found Resaca View to be competitive and fair. What really sold me to lease one of their units, however, was the local manager, Emily. She was helpful, transparent, and friendly. Beyond leasing an apartment unit she helped with suggestions on other relocation needs and questions we had. She really cares about the people she leases apartments to.
