Renwick Square Apartments

Disgusting and can careless about their elderly tenants! I’ll be reporting them to the city of Houston tomorrow! After 7 yrs of my mom living at their other property and dealing with the bs and I was told by their manager Rose that she understood because if it was her mom she wouldn’t let these things happen to her mom. But here we are!

This apartments are by far a big NO. They management cant solve your problems at all, the owners are greedy and don't care. It's rat,cockroach infested and they have limited parking space. People can't come visit you because you get towed any hour of the day.also there's shootings everywhere.Stay away from these apartments.

Soy nuevo en la propiedad ,las personas que están en la oficina son muy amables y atentas, son excelentes personas ellos tienen mucha voluntad en que el inquilino esté muy bien en la propiedad ,el personal de mantenimiento son muy amables....ES EXCELENTE MUY RECOMENDABLE PARA QUE VENGAN Y RENTEN ACA. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tranquilo y con una manager muy amable que tiene la experiencia de muchos aňos en el negocio y que conoce bien las necesidades de la gente.
