Great phone experience with agent manager hoping a unit is still available. Love The Fact It's All Bills Paid . Close to Metro bus line, shopping , plenty of restaurants and laundry mats Looking forward to moving here real soon . Have passed by during the day and night Very Quite and Peaceful Very Important to me work different shifts and my rest is important to me. I'm Very Impressed and I do leave reviews 😃😃😃😃

WORST PLACE EVER. If i'm being honest,they threatened me way too many times just because I told them to give a better attitude towards customers. Yet, they didn't, and there are many insects I can show you. (Shrek is me i'm really mad.)

With how disgusting and neglected the rodent issue is, ASIDE from the maintenance issues put to the side. Along with the favoritism, and classism..this is what these apartments are. No pest control, raising rent prices when they can’t even raise the care for the residents living here, don’t care about the health of the children, most definitely could care less about the mold as well. When calls are made to try and settle issues, people are ignored. Degraded and only receive mistreatment, condescending attitude, and snarky comments. Do better. Don’t end up mistreating the wrong people. Why people have to pay more ornare obliged to finish a contract when the apartment is clearly inhabitable, unlivable, and disgusting is beyond me. This place is HORRID, just like the office staff.
