Clay was extremely honest and caring. When the house I was under contract to rent fell through, he suggested another home which actually turned out to be even better suited for my needs. He was available when I needed him and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. I've rented from other local property managers that were just awful. I’ve had a great experience renting with RentWNC. The process was smooth, and I really appreciate having an online portal to pay rent and submit maintenance requests easily. The staff has been professional and responsive whenever I've had a question. It’s nice to rent from a local team that actually knows the Hendersonville/Flat Rock area well. Highly recommend!

With us selling our house quickly, and sitting in limbo, my wife and I were panicking to find a house big enough for our 6 kids, in time for us to close.
