Doesn't even deserve one star. Truly the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Rented from them for 6 months. No one should show up to show us the place, no one showed up to give us the keys on the day we moved in (which is because their entire team is located in India, with time zone differences). So God forbid you have an emergency (like we did, we got stuck out our house because they hadn't given us a key, the brand new garage door stopped working. Stranded in a storm for 3 hours waiting for a locksmith because no one would come and let us in our house (that they didn't give us a key to for months). Had to spend $800 on a locksmith. Never told us HOA had tried to contact them about snow removal. Nearly got fined $2000 for not shovelling an area they never told us we had to. Made u

I will never rent from this company again. This company does not communicate well with the tenants and lies. When I was renting with this company I had to make multiple attempts to get them to reply. Don't bother calling they won't have an answer for you and will tell you to send an email that will take three weeks to get a reply to.They over charge and you will not get your full deposit back no matter how well you keep the property you rent. I have had issue after issue renting with them. My poor family suffered during the summer because the upstairs did not have ac. Going to bed at nights in 85 degrees temperatures was ridiculous, the only thing the owners wanted to do was add fans. My experience comes as a potential renter and not as a tenant. I am planning a move cross country so I had family in the area view the home for me, Sam was extremely helpful and accommodating for the viewing. We negotiated a reduction in rent and proceeded to fill out an application, the application was approved and a lease was sent over to be signed. I noticed the price was not reduced and the promotion was not applied, this was done the same day. We reached out 2-3 times a day by email/text/call, it wasn’t until yesterday that we were notified the home has been rented but they had other properties that would be reserved for us if we were interested. DO NOT RENT FROM RENTOMATIC. when we arrived the house was DISCUSTING. Horrible shady people. WASHER AND DRYER WAS IN LEASE AND THEY WONT INSTALL ONE. Horrible people who work for rentomatic. Fake 5 star reviews. Pet hair left everywhere on “pet free property”. arrived with broken lights and plumbing. Nightmare to get things fixed they never answer. Trash bags left everywhere in backyard

They are by far the worst property management company that I have ever experienced. They respond quickly before you sign a lease but they are really slow or never respond within a reasonable timeframe. Property owners.. stay away from this company. They appear to be cheaper on the management fees but they will cost you more for the long time since your tenants won't be happy. ... Update as of Oct 6, 2025. Rentomatic is the worst property management company. They don't even credit my rent paid although I shared my deposit receipt at their bank and the corresponding check transaction on my bank. I plan to take serious actions against this company. Stay far away from any rentals they manage!
