The last 3 places I’ve found in Columbia I’ve found through rent mart. Don’t know what I would’ve done without them. Everytime I was able to find private owners that accept bad credit and no evictions with listing that weren’t listed anywhere else

I do not recommend this service. I thought I was paying for assistance in finding a rental but I essentially just paid $120 for a list of properties that I’ve seen posted in other places. There is no 3-way communication or anything like that, just the list then you have to do everything else the same as if you found the information on your own

This place does not check out the properties that they’re advertising. Only listing what the Owner/Property owner is telling them. Rented an apartment from one of the list they send out and was full of roaches, rodents along with a very unprofessional property manager. When I called to tell them about the experience that I had because I noticed that the property was back on their list I was questioned on rather or not I left a 30 day notice and lectured on how leases work like I wasn’t aware. I felt like my concerns didn’t matter all over again just like the nightmare with one of their apartments they’re advertising. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I’ve honestly used rentmart twice in 2014 and 2018 and have found a place. I wanted to get a list today but she was honest and told me there was only one person wont be credit checking so I really do appreciate their honesty! They could’ve very easily took my money and then gave me a list with one number. So I just wanted to leave a review as a thank you for that. Hopefully more landlords who don’t credit check will contact them soon lol

I can not believe I wasted my hard earned money on this scam of a service. I literally paid 110$ to be emailed a list of other property management company’s lists. If I wanted to do business with Turner Properties I would have contacted them directly. Half my paid for list is what I can see on Turner Property’s website FOR FREE!!! Complete scam!! Complete waste of MY time and money!!!’ ZERO ⭐️!!!!!
