I really enjoy the fact that it is a family-run business; it never seems corporate or impersonal. Olivia and her team always make sure I'm aware of current market trends and go over pros and cons of keeping a great tenant versus pushing for a higher rent at the risk of a vacancy. Find a different company to manage your property. Allow me to clarify a few points you mislead with your responses. Rentifi Response -Our records show that inspection reports and documentation were provided, though not as promptly as you expected. We acknowledge this delay and are taking steps to improve our processes to ensure timely delivery in the future. MP Response -About a year late with your reports and multiple requests for them. Is almost a year late considered not as promptly? Maybe you should change the time frame in your contracts. Rentifi Tenant damages were fully documented, and their entire security deposit was returned to you to help address these issues.
